This extremely rare Eberhard Contograf is a 1970 vintage chronograph with a beautiful retro design.
The Contograf was produced in the 1960s and featured the innovative quickset date. With the small pusher at 9 o'clock, the date could be set directly without moving the hands. This was considered a sensation back then. Here is the super-rare reference XXX with a blue dial. This watch was also available with a white dial.
The beautiful metallic blue dial changes its color nuances depending on the incidence of light. The sub-dials at 9 and 3 o'clock have a gray ring. The 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock additionally has orange accents and a 45-minute marker. The dial has a white tachymeter scale and an orange pulsation scale.
The stainless steel case measures 37mm in diameter and has a beautiful tonneau shape. The original integrated stainless steel bracelet accompanies the watch. The clasp is signed with the Eberhard logo.
Overall, the Contograf has the typical colorful retro design of the 70s.
