This luxurious and elegant Universal Genève Polerouter De Luxe dates back to 1959 and is preserved in exceptional condition.

The Polerouter De Luxe owes its distinctive design to prominent designer Gerald Genta, who also made cases for Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet. Thanks to the numerous design elements that have been thought out to the last detail, the watch has a truly high recognition value. The golden ring with its wide, milled hour markers is one of the landmarks of the Polerouter De Luxe. The crosshairs on the cream surface provide symmetry, and the large gold Dauphine hands stand out beautifully against the light background. The beautiful dial is housed in an 18K yellow gold case with attractive scroll lugs and is protected by the original UG acrylic crystal.

However, the real special feature of this specimen is its exceptional condition. Not only is the dial perfectly preserved. Above all, it is amazing to see such deep engravings of the reference and serial number on the caseback of a Universal Genève wristwatch that is almost 60 years old.
