The tropical dial of this Rolex GMT Master 1675 from 1960 makes it a unique vintage watch.

Thanks to natural aging, the 62-year-old gilt dial developed a breathtaking "cappuccino" patina. Such a discoloration of the originally black dial is the result of sustained exposure to the sun and minor flaws in the manufacturing process. Due to their uniqueness and rarity, such tropical dials are highly coveted by vintage collectors. This particular dial also features the beloved chapter ring - a circle connecting the minute markers. The gilt lettering and the brownish patina in the lume ensure a warm and harmonious appearance. The original Pepsi bezel with its beautifully faded colors also contributes to the stunning vintage look of this watch.

Another rare and coveted feature of this GMT Master are the pointed crown guards. The PCG case was made in a short production period between 1959 and 1964 and is beloved by collectors.

Dial: glossy gilt dial with tropical patina, signed "SWISS" at 6 o'clock, old luminous material still glows slightly under UV light, matching colors in hands and hour markers.

Case: rarely worn considering the old age, natural signs of wear, date stamp inside the case back: 1/60.

Bezel: faded Pepsi bezel without scratches.

Movement: Rolex automatic caliber 1565 in great condition, timegrapher +/-7 s/d, amplitude 330.

Bracelet: riveted stainless steel bracelet with natural signs of wear, light stretch, bracelet ref. 7206, end links 80, folding clasp stamped 3/69.
